Well, I guess since I don't have a credit card and my parent's won't let me use theirs, that's a no..but I LOVE H&M and when I get my first card, I will definitely be hitting up the web-store.
Although, there is a H&M pretty close by my house...30 mins.. :D

EDIT: DAYYYUM. Just checked the prices...H&M in Europe is SO much cheaper then America.
