I’m not going to lie, I tend to spend every summer in sundresses or cut-off shorts. My cut-off outfits, usually consisting of vintage T-shirts and patterned flats can get a bit old after a while, so I’ve been looking for great ways to style cut-offs without the usual suspects. I never would have thought to pair my cut-offs with a relaxed sweater and some solid accessories! (This can’t be done in Texas heat, but a trip to the air-conditioned movie theater? I think so!)

White shorts will give any look a chic quality, and pairing with black accessories and a sleek jacket creates the perfect polished-yet-casual summer look.

Paired with an oversized button up shirt, cut-offs become the perfect swimsuit cover up. I love this look!

This bold graphic tee, statement necklace and shredded shorts make for the perfect summer statement outfit. I must confess, I’ve never really liked shredded cut-offs much, but this just works!

And of course, back to the white T-shirt. It’s such a summer staple! Why not add a statement necklace and some cute espadrille flats? [via Glitter Guide]
